Christmas in Vienna New Haven Concert reviews
Tash live is a one of a kind experience
This was my amazing second time experiencing Christmas in Vienna. I enjoy observing her construct the layers in a song, one loop at a time, with incredible energy, precision, and improvisation. Aside from the skill of running a one-person-show, bursting with energy, playing to the crowd, picking up a variety of instruments from guitars to trumpet, to pan flute (beat boxing on a pan flute anyone? crazy awesome).....she also just shreds on guitar. If you go to a Christmas in Vienna concert, be prepared to let her lead you on a journey all the way through the encore. The vibe of the crowd was positive and fun too. She also exudes so much FUN up there it's infectious. As she tore through the concert, I was feeling vibes from Jimmy Hendrix to Jimmy Page to Pink Floyd and a hundred more little tastes mixing up into her very unique style. Do not miss the encore. I was breathless and ready for her guitar to shatter or burst into flames.
